Preserving 5 Decades of Flavor
EP stays true to our roots by continuing many Asian-fusion recipes from 1970. General Tso's Chicken, Chicken & Beef Hunan Style, Pei-King Duck, and James Rolls are our staples and will continue to be our bread and butter. We're introducing more traditional Asian cuisine concepts to the North Shore to pay respect to our roots and heritage.
